Electrical Repair

A huge thank you to Mike and Mr. Victor for assisting me with my central air issue today. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained the programming issue on both floors. He also made sure the condenser was cleared and working properly. ~ sincere gratitude to you both 🙂‍↕️

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We recently had all of our ductwork replaced and a dehumidifier installed by Ultimate Appliance • Heat • Air, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From start to finish, their entire team was exceptional! These gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and incredibly friendly. To say they are hardworking would be an understatement! It's becoming increasingly difficult to find people who genuinely take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and go above and beyond to ensure a job is done right. This team did exactly that, and their dedication and outstanding workmanship certainly did not go unnoticed! We are beyond pleased with the entire experience and will absolutely be returning customers! A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team at Ultimate Appliance • Heat • Air! Your professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to excellence truly set you apart. Kudos to each and every one of you for a job exceptionally well done!

Highly recommend! Very professional and excellent customer service! They are pros all the way around. Technician Mike was pleasant and explained what he needed to do to stop my refrigerator from leaking and not making ice. I would give them a call if you need any type of appliance work or heating and air!

Great family run business, no big company nickel and dime vibes here! Had them service my washer, dryer and range in the past, recently had them inspect my hvac system. Prompt service, the brothers are experienced technicians and are very kind, everyone I’ve dealt with was extremely courteous! Oh yea also fixed my ice maker, this company is my go-to!

Thankful to God this morning. Had a problem with my refrigerator leaking water from under it out into the floor. It would leak for 2 or 3 days in a row and then wouldn't leak for a long span of time. This week it was leaking more water than ever before. I was just about ready to go buy a new one. But I went against my own judgement. I figured if I called a repairman I would just get ripped off and it would cost as much to get it fixed as it would to buy a new one. But I called one. First they wanted a service fee. And then they wanted my credit card number on the phone before coming. They were late and I got suspicious and upset. But they did come. The guy spotted the trouble right off. A drain line for the defrosted was plugged up. It only took him a few minutes to fix it. It cost 300 dollars to get it fixed. But I was happy. That's a lot cheaper than a new refrigerator.
